These terms and conditions apply to all persons entering the Grandstand area. By entering the Grandstand you accept and are bound by the following Terms and Conditions with SFX Sports Group (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 084 079 621) (referred to as “Organiser”) in respect of the Beach Footy Event (the “Event”). Your entrance provides you with the right to view the Event and no other rights in respect of the Event.

The Organiser has the right to alter the schedule including dates and times of, or participants in, the Event.
|

None of: SFX nor any player in, or sponsor or broadcaster of the Event, nor any of their associates, subsidiaries, officers, agents or employees (all of the above being "the Parties"), is liable to You for any Claims incurred as a result of the Event being cancelled, postponed or rescheduled. You also release each of the Parties from all Claims incurred by You arising out of, in connection with, or incidental to any act, omission or negligence of any the Parties. In this clause Claims includes damages, compensation, losses and expenses.

You must obey all rules, notices or directions given by the Organiser or the management of the venue at which the event is held (the “Venue”).

Organiser reserves the right to inspect your clothing, baggage, containers or person. Whilst at the Venue, You are responsible for your own property.

You cannot bring the following items into the Venue: weapons, flares; fireworks; explosives; smoke bombs; illegal substances; alcohol; poles; musical instruments; horns; animals (except for official guide dogs); signs; balls; frisbees; any political, religious or race-related materials; or any other dangerous items. Banners and/or flags will be allowed at the discretion of SFX, and SFX will remove any banner and/or flag deemed to be inappropriate.

You cannot do the following at the Venue: gamble; broadcast through mobile phones or other devices; use flash photography or other lighting devices; use recording equipment or camera devices for any purpose other than for private and domestic purposes; engage in ambush marketing; display commercial or offensive signage; enter restricted areas; engage in any dangerous activities.

If you are photographed, filmed or taped, at the Event, you consent to the Parties or the broadcaster of the Event photographing, filming or taping you and you authorise them to broadcast, publish, license and/or use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without compensation.

Be aware that this event is filmed for television purposes.

You may be refused entry into, or removed from, the Venue if you do not obey these Terms and Conditions.

SFX reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the Event any person:
(a) whose presence within the Event may be a source of danger, nuisance, or annoyance or otherwise give rise to concerns in relation to the public order, safety and security arrangements for the Event. This includes excessive noise, the use of foul, obscene, abusive or racist language and/or gestures and the throwing of any object which might injure or cause damage to people or property;
(b) who fails to comply with instructions from a Police Officer or Security Guard or the Organiser, including refusal to be searched by a Police Officer or Security Guard;
(c) who is in possession of any banner or flag which bears material or slogans that is/are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist;
(d) who is in possession of any article which may be used as a weapon or missile which includes but is not limited to flares and smoke bombs, or any bottle, can or tin;
(e) who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs;
(f) who is suspected of committing, or being likely to commit, or having committed a criminal offence within the Event and/or precinct;
